During my 200-hour yoga teacher training with TIGISH, I documented the life of the school from within, capturing the rhythm, intimacy, and creative spirit of daily student life.

Alongside my studies, I created short-form video content for Instagram Stories and Reels, focusing on authentic, unstaged moments — from teachings and workshops to shared moments in between practice. The videos were edited into short sequences, with music and text added natively in the Instagram app to keep the content flexible and organic to the platform.

I also documented a womb awakening and sisterhood ceremony, approaching the visuals with sensitivity and care, capturing feminine energy, ritual, and embodied presence through movement and atmosphere.

This project highlights my ability to work from inside a community, translate lived experiences into emotive short-form content, and create social-first storytelling that feels grounded, human, and true.
